I am so excited to share this ADORABLE engagement session from Shaver Lake, CA!

I want to start out by saying this session was a memorable one for me! The trip started off with me trying to back down a road that doesn’t go through. My tire then decided to jump off the road (I like to pretend the tire just did it on its own…) and got stuck in the dirt! Some extremely sweet campers tired to help by pushing the car out but ended up making it worse. The rangers finally called me a tow truck to pull me out! Everyone around the campground knew I was rushing to meet this adorable couple for engagement photos before sunset. By the time Emily and Josh arrived everyone knew who they were and were able to direct them to me. They would say “Oh, you’re the couple with the photographer!”

Thankfully this had no effect on this gorgeous session! It turned out more than perfect! From the moment these two arrived they were filled with so much joy and love and immediately lifted my spirits! They laughed, smiled and cracked jokes throughout the entire session! We had plenty of time for lighting and the session could not have turned out any better!
